Verification Portal
Verification confirms the registered record and, where a PDF is submitted, whether its SHA-256 fingerprint matches the fingerprint retained in that record.
Verification Process
The verification ID is checked against the document registry. A result is shown only when a corresponding record exists.
The page displays the registered purchase order number, issue date, issuer, recipient, project reference and current record status.
A received PDF can be checked locally in the browser and compared with the SHA-256 fingerprint held in the registered record.
Privacy
A verification page is accessed through its unique ID. The service is designed to present only the document particulars required to confirm the registered record and file integrity.
Scope
This service confirms document registration and cryptographic file matching. It does not independently approve the underlying transaction, the authority of a signatory or the legal enforceability of the document.
